Leaders from five local Black Men Run chapters will lead group runs in their communities. Runners (plus friends and family!) are invited to stay after the run for refreshments, connection and community. Group runs are 2-3 miles and all paces are welcome!
This date marks five years since Ahmaud Arbery, a Black man, was murdered by three white men while jogging in his Georgia neighborhood. Each year, Black Men Run honors Ahmaud's life by hosting a memorial run in his name. REI is honored to support these events in our communities this year, and stands alongside Black Men Run in the fight for a world where everyone can run safely and freely.
